We’ve carefully chosen the products for our merch range that live up to the same top tier quality of our food. If you do happen to find that there’s an issue with your order (sorry about that!), don’t sweat it, we got you! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase or there is an issue with your order, you can return your goods within our 14-day cooling off period. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your items and we’ll get things sorted for you. Include your order number and give details about the issue with your items, it will help us get it sorted faster.
As the products remain your responsibility until they reach us, we strongly advise, for your own protection, that you package the items carefully to avoid any damage in transit. We’d also suggest using a courier that insures the value of the goods and will provide proof of postage. We cannot take responsibility for returns that have gone missing in the post.
Please return all items in original, unused condition with original tags and packaging. It will affect your refund eligibility.
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will update you on the status of your refund. All refunds will be made to your original payment method. In most cases, the return credit will appear in your account within the usual time period.
No can do, sorry. We’re not just being awkward, we simply don’t have this functionality just yet. We don’t offer exchanges but getting a refund is super easy and just as handy! Need a different size or spotted something else you’d rather have instead? Just pop back over to the website and re-order. Easy. Peasy.
Hey, that's not what I asked for?! Uh oh. Guess we slipped up! It rarely happens but if one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, let us know and we’ll fix it right away.
If there’s an item missing from your order… Oopsies. Very sorry about that. It does happen sometimes. Stevie down in packing maybe had a rough night?! We’ll check on them!
Some items may come in separate parcels so please do allow for an extra 1-2 days for your missing item to arrive. If the missing item does not arrive please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
Big Yikes! We’re really sorry if you’ve received a damaged or faulty item. Get in touch with us ASAP so we can get on this right away. We will ask you to return the product to us within 14 days. Delivery is on us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund including delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
