We're based in Northern Ireland. All items are dispatched from NI.

We dispatch orders 7 days a week. Orders placed before 12pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day of ordering. Any order placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note, if you've ordered a Pre-Order item, all of the items in your order will be shipped together, this is to keep costs reduced for our customers and to help reduce our carbon footprint. 

Getting your order delivered to you accurately and on time is our top priority but during times of peak demand when sales volumes are high, such as the Christmas period, deliveries may occasionally take slightly longer than expected. During these times, alternative delivery methods may be utilised and therefore we cannot commit to a next day tracked service at all times. We will endeavour at all times to get your purchase to you in the speediest way possible. We appreciate your understanding of this.

To cut a potentially long story short - we don't ship internationally. Not yet anyway, who knows what the future holds? 



To track your order, please click on the tracking link in your dispatch email. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.



If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available).



Don’t go breaking my art!
We wrap your boojee package with the same love and TLC we wrap your burritos to ensure a smooth ride from our place to yours but sometimes things can happen on the journey. If your Boojum gear arrives damaged, get in touch with us on so we can get you sorted and tell big John to take it easy over the potholes in future.



Yo, where you at, bro?
If your order is taking longer than we said, you can do a few things to check where it’s at. First of all, check your tracking info to see if your order is still out for delivery. If you have already tried this with no success, please contact us so we can look into it.



It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all contact, delivery and order details are correct when placing your order. We can’t be held responsible if you order your 70 year old aunty Maggie a few Save the Burrito tees and a Boojum dad cap after a night on the sauce (and we’re not talking Cholula. IYKYK.). Similarly, if there are any charges billed to us by couriers due to incorrect information by the customer, we’ll have to charge these back to you.
