Orders
If your order is due today, please allow reasonable time before getting in touch. You can track your gear by checking your tracking number included in your dispatch email.
Awkward. If this was a Tinder date, we’d be screwed! Every so often confirmation emails disappear into the big burrito-y Boojum vortex. Please do a quick check of your junk folder for emails from 'merch@boojummex.com’, hopefully you’ll find us hiding in there but if not, give us a shout with your details (name, delivery address, product ordered) and we’ll send you a shiny new confirmation.
Shipping
Pronto. Speedy service is our thing! If your order is placed before 2pm, your items will be packaged and dispatched on the same day. After 2pm, your order will be packaged and dispatched the following day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. More info on tracking your order can be found on our Delivery Info page.
While we aren’t delivering our rice filled parcels across the pond *yet*, you can get a merch filled parcel delivered anywhere in the UK or Ireland.
Our delivery covers postcodes in Ireland, Northern Ireland, mainland England, Scotland and Wales but if you’re out there in the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly or Scottish Islands and Highlands, our couriers charge a little bit extra. Don’t @ us 🤷♂️.
That’ll be a spicy "nope". Sorry but we really don’t wanna give you barbacoa infused caps and sweatshirts. We’ll leave the Aroma de Mexicana to our food and our candles.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
At the moment our gift cards are currently only redeemable in-store at Boojum restaurant locations.

Ah, those 3 dreaded words. "Out of Stock". If we ever happen to run out of stock on an item you're looking for, get in touch. We can advise if and when you can expect your item to be back in stock, recommend or suggest alternatives or just provide a shoulder to cry on 😭.

Got cold feet? Don’t worry, it’s all good (unless you’re standing at the altar, then it's no bueno!). If you change your mind about the merch and want to cancel your order, get in touch as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel the order if it has reached a certain stage in the fulfilment process but we’ll try our absolute best! Worst case scenario; you can return it for a full refund (minus shipping, obvs).
